FAQ

The questions founding members actually ask. Anything not covered here gets answered same day at support@apexinfrallc.com or in the founding Discord.

Getting set up

How do I activate my key?

iPhone or iPad: open the app in Safari without entering your key yet. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Open it from your home screen, tap the Sector Pulse logo five times, enter your key, then tap the bell and allow notifications. Entering the key in Safari itself spends a device slot on a browser Apple will not let receive alerts, which is why the order matters.

Android, Chrome, Edge, or Brave: open the app with /?key=YOUR-KEY on the end of the URL and you are in. Tap the bell to allow notifications. To keep it as an app, use the browser menu and Add to Home screen. Everything carries over.

Safari on Mac: the same link unlocks the site, but Safari will not allow notifications from a browser tab. Use Chrome for desktop alerts, or File then Add to Dock, and turn on the bell in the dock app.

How many devices does my key work on?

Three, and the cap is real. Phone, tablet, and a desktop browser covers the usual setup. If you set up the wrong device, email support and the slot gets moved. Nobody is left locked out over it.

I reinstalled the app and now I am logged out.

Deleting the app clears the token stored on that device, and reinstalling registers as a new device against your three slots. Email support and the slots get reset. If the app is working, there is never a reason to reinstall it, so please do not.

Alerts stopped arriving on my iPhone.

Force-close the app and reopen it from the home screen icon. iOS suspends the push connection on apps it has not seen in a while, and a cold open re-establishes it. If two cycles pass with nothing after that, email support and the subscription gets checked from this side.

Alerts

What alerts actually come through?

The 8:30 ET pre-open digest, the 9:45 open snapshot, live pings when a sector or a single name rips on real volume, rotation velocity moves when a sector climbs the board fast, board-wide risk turns, and the close recap with after-hours movers at 5. Every alert is also re-readable in the app under the movers list, so nothing is lost to a cleared lock screen.

It has been quiet. Is something broken?

Quiet is the system working. The engine has daily caps and cooldowns precisely so a slow tape does not turn into a stream of noise you learn to ignore. On a day with real rotation you will hear it. Alerts get tuned daily, and more alert features are being developed.

Can I turn off the alert types I do not want?

Not yet, and it is the most requested control. Per-type mute toggles are on the Pro roadmap. Founding members steer that order, so say your piece in the Discord.

The board

How are sectors ranked?

By how the whole basket moves, not by one bellwether name. Each of the 30 baskets is ranked against the other 29 on its aggregate session move, with breadth shown alongside so you can tell a broad move from one name carrying the group. The Live view is session-aware and re-bases at the 4pm close; the 4pm close view stays fixed on the regular session so it does not drift during after-hours.

What is the rotation history?

Every sector's rank path across the last 10 sessions or the last month, three ways: tiles, a table, and the Race, where every sector is a line of its compounded move from the first day of the window. It answers what a single day cannot: who has been climbing, who has been fading, and how long the move has been building. The record has been written daily since July 31 and cannot be backfilled, so 2M and 3M views open as it grows deep enough to hold them.

What does the divergence tag mean?

Rank and price disagree over the window. A sector climbing hard while it is still down on the period means money is rotating in while the tape bleeds, which is relative strength. It is a label on visible arithmetic, not a prediction, and it is styled neutrally on purpose.

Membership

What does Pro cost?

$12/month, locked for life, for the first 25 founding members. After the founding 25 it is $29/month. Locked for life means locked: if you are in at $12 you stay at $12 through every later increase, for as long as you stay a member. Cancel anytime.

What do I get that the free grid does not have?

The alert layer, all 20 movers unmasked and ranked live, the sector climbers by name, the rotation history, 10D and 1M with the Race view, every alert re-readable in the app, and the founding Discord where members steer the roadmap. The grid itself is free, no signup.

Is there API access?

Yes, as its own tier: the live board, versioned rosters, and full daily history, programmatic. Founding API spots are $39/month with a Pro membership included, and existing Pro members add it for $27/month. See the API docs for endpoints and examples.

Why can I not see the Pro channels in Discord?

The member channels are gated behind the Founder role, which gets assigned by hand after you join. If you are a paying member and the channels are still locked, post in the general channel or email support and the role goes on within the day.

Sector Pulse is an educational tool, not financial advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
